I've got a permanent position as Associate Professor in the area of Systems Engineering and Automation of Miguel Hernandez University.

Personal interests:

• Mobile Robotics and Collaborative Robotics: I have worked on several robotic fields. I am currently working on my PhD Thesis in the field of navigation and map building using mobile robots and visual information. I am studying appearance-based techniques to do it.
• Industrial Automation : I have worked in the implementation of several systems for the monitoring and control of industrial processes.
• Remote Laboratories : I have took part in the construction of two remote laboratories that can be accessed throught Internet, one of them for the supervision and control of industrial processes controlled with PLCs and the other for the control of a heterogeneus team of mobile robots.
